I have owned a property in Wimbledon for 19 Years now and can say I have put all my trust in Andrew Purnell & Co. Through the years they have helped me to always have good tenants and strongly believe I would have sold the property if the letting was not so easy for me.

The fees are broadly in line with other agents. I think fees for renewing tenancy to an already existing tenant are a bit steep as there is very little for them to do. However the other fees are ok.
