In previous years , before the takeover by Lomond , I got along nicely with Braemore.
However , a simple request for a small payment to a service contract towards garden maintenance was met with complete silence. I made the request detailing the timescale and allowed for ample time to cater for this.
The simple request was again ignored when I wrote a second time.
Promised cheque failed to appear. I paid the gardener myself as it was the right thing to do and on time too.

If they can\'t do or look after the simplest of tasks , how can they offer anything else above and beyond what
any prospective client would quite rightly expect ???

Is it part of the Braemore service to ignore communications ?
Is it right not to deliver promises supposedly made in good faith ?

At least the gardener is very happy - and he\'s doing a good job too !!
