I have never experienced anything like it, they blatantly ignore serious maintenance requests while putting the rent up every year. There is a tall grey haired man who works there who has a very bad attitude and is cocky because he believes he has the upper hand, he has refused to give written confirmation of maintenace requests when asked.

If you are lucky enough to get them to respond to a serious mantenance request, there is a good chance that one part will be done and the rest left unfinished. It has got so bad that I am now suffering from depression and stress and am forced to seek help from the mental health authorities.

It is far past time this disgusting agency was investigated and taken to court by the authorities.

If you know what is good for you avoid them at all costs.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They should learn to listen and treat their tenants with respect. They should respond to maintenance requests and not ignore them or even worse blatantly take the mickey out of us. They should read their own tenancy agreement and start meeting their obligations instead of ignoring them.
