Poor service - not returning calls - not helping with the purchase - I had to keep chasing - sale fell through on property because redstones failed to inform me the property has a dangerous building with no building planning approval or building regulations permissions.
Not very quick at answering calls - if at all.
Failed to help secure the property with the seller at a better price - hence us losing a lot of money.
Also financial mortgage broker supplied was very pushy And intimidating.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Improve staff training to provide a better service
Answer telephone after 2 or 3 rings
Provide an estate agent service (to secure a sale)
Get a better mortgage broker who isn\'t intimidating.
Use correct information about property to avoid issues with sale.
