The customer service from OM is appauling. I agree with the comments made by the previous reviewer. They do not respond to queries in time. They do not follow procedues (including their complaints procedure) and their accounting procedures are not up to scratch. If you phone up the people on the other end of the phone have little knowlege of the account they are managing or what particular items on an invoice relates to. Unfortunately, the block containing my property is large and their is no residents association, I feel that we should get rid of OM as managing agents as there are others out there which are much better.
