Right from the off, Country Properties in WGC were 'Leaps & Bounds' over the other agents we interviewed.
Very positive in the amount they thought our property could achieve, others were strongly trying to rent under its potential and full of it !

They found us our fabulous tenant very quickly, Covid was a factor during this time, and helped us choose correctly from the applicants, with financial checks in place.
All comprehensive house checks, payments etc are always on time and notified to us, before hand, via email.

My Country Properties contact is the lovely Joanna Ford.
There is always going to a problem with a house you don't occupy!
However, Joanna lets me know immediately, and between us, any issues are sorted out super quickly, so the tenant has the least amount of inconvenience.

Country Properties keep a list of recommended Professional Tradesmen in case I don't have one, Joanna makes sure they get the job done professionally and quickly, always sending me a quote before giving the go ahead.

Chris Chalkley (boss man) oversees, and is happy for a friendly chat should i wish to.
I like the friendly approach from Chris and his staff, no red tape, just get the job done!

I will recommend them without hesitation.
