I had the worst experience with Duck & Hedges. I was initially given the wrong information in terms of the total deposit that had be put down. No one even mentioned about the so called exit inventory that a tenant has to pay when the tenancy expires. The ladies in the office evidently sounded illiterate and before handing them the admin cash appeared pretty pushy. I advise you to keep away from this agent otherwise you will be in for a surprise
What agent could do to change your mind?
They should have provided us with all the costs involved before making us sign the initial documents that makes it okay for them to take your deposit. More still they should clarify that the reason why they ask for the bank details is to take the second deposit amount off, BUT NOT that its to validate your identity as they purported.
