I am having an ongoing dispute about some electricity charges which were 10 times higher then estimated, I queried the year end accounts which had been approved by the management account - and eventually it was disovered that there was an incorrect reading and this had carried on for over a year. Of course OM don\'t care they just passed on the incorrect costs to the tenants. I did not even own the property when this was taking place 09/10 but of course it takes a year or so to do the accounts. Eventually after months of correspondence I got a hold on the \'debt\' but this has just been removed as they have paid back £89 of the £440 overcharge and no dount want to pay back £89 or so each year until the overcharge is reduced. I am going to write again but found this on the web site. i can\'t attend but if any dissatisfied tenants want to that would be good!
