We used Helmores as we know the owner and his family. That aside, the staff are well driven and polite. Nothing is too much for these guys. In our opinion they are the most professional estate agents around. I would more than highly reccomend these agents to anyone. I had been on the market for many months with an agent in Tiverton and had little intrest in our property. As soon as we appointed Helmores we had an average of 4 viewers per week. Completed on our sale on 02-04-13 and happy people.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
