They kindly arranged a viewing for us.
As they offered a weekday, my husband took a day off.
A few hours before the viewing (at appr. 11 am) they called me to cancel it as the current tenant decided not to move for one more month (or maybe longer)

My questions:

1. If they don\'t know for sure whether a flat is available or not, why do they arrange viewing?
2. Why could not they inform us sooner to give us a chance to cancel the day-off? (We fixed the appointment 4 days prior that)
3. After this episode I still can find the flat on Zoopla marked as "available immediately" inspite the fact that a tenant is living there and going to spend at least one more month there! I am afraid this is misinformation.

They wasted my time, and what was wrong, wasted my husband\'s day-off.
