I am taking the time to write a review on Tenant Network as they have gone over and above standard levels of service when dealing with a property I am renting. Shortly after moving in I had the misfortune to have a leak from the flat above me. The whole ceiling came through in the middle of the night. I called the 24 hour emergency number and a contractor came out within 30 minutes. The next day I called Michelle at the office and she has done everything she can to get the ceiling fixed quickly and get the flat back to normal. The landlord must be pleased his flat is so well looked after!
