What a horrid experience dealing with these rude incompetent people. Claire is the "manager" who clearly has never been on a managerial course in her life! or customer service for that matter. When this company folds (and it will due to its incompetency of the owners), she is going to get the shock of her life when she enters the real world, employed by someone who expects her to show decency to people. Her rudeness knows no bounds. Interrupts when being spoke to, I was even told "tough" when i said that the boiler, yes boiler was broken and I couldn\'t wait another week without hot water (i have 2 babies). When i sought some rent back because of this (i had to live with my mother for 2 weeks) using a solicitor\'s letter quoting the tenancy law in question, they sent an office junior round to serve 2 months notice!!! What was a traumatic time because of these cowboys, was actually a silver lining as I am now living in a well maintained property with Connells who have shown me that letting agents are normally decent, not rude, unhelpfull and vile like these horrific people. Stay away from them, you will regret going near!!!
