We have experienced a number of frustrating and serious issues from
the beginning of our lease continuing to the present date: :

¢â‚¬Â¢ We were originally told to collect the keys & sign the contract in the Purley Branch only to be told to go to the Crystal Palace Branch. Upon returning from the CP branch (after signing the contract) back to Purley to collect the keys we discovered the branch locked (at 2pm!). This was particulary frustrating as we had people helping us move and the staff knew we would be returning.
and had to wait a further hour for the manager to open the door on a weekday!.
¢â‚¬Â¢ Upon our initial viewing We were told the flat would be cleaned
before we move in - however this was not the case and the Inventory report confirmed the Flat was in a poor state that required professional cleaning.
¢â‚¬Â¢ We were initially given the landlady's contact details and told the flat was a rent collect only and would be managed by the landlady. However, we were then told by her that SA are managing the property.
¢â‚¬Â¢ I had to request the report (which was not signed)/welcome pack from SA after a week of not receiving it and not knowing whom to contact over general issues e.g. using the burglar alarm.
¢â‚¬Â¢ Our contract was seriously breached with the landlady entering the tenancy despite refused consent and notice.
¢â‚¬Â¢ Severe condensation/damp spreading to walls, doors and property. The inital issues was initially logged back in October 2012 and is still an on-going issue to this date. After being instructed by SA to leave the mould for the landlady to see (who never has showen) and several extremely rude SA account employees coming to inspect the property - promising several actions but never fulfilling their word.

Overall the lack of after-care and communication from SA has beenextremely disappointing and we have paid for a service that we do notfeel is adequate along with wasting time in communicating unansweredqueries.
We initally expressed an interest in buying after renting for so many years -and SA are the worst Agency in that regards that i have come across.
