I have been a tenant since July 2010, and have never had cause to complain about the service provided. I have always been treated very well, and Belvoir are very responsive if there is anything that needs attention. (Replacement lights, door locks etc.)

As I have never lived in a flat before, I have been pleasantly surprised at how quite most of my neighbours have been, and I think this again may be down to the vetting efforts of Belvoir.

My experience of Belvoir Melton would prompt me to use the again if I moved, either in Melton, or with another Belvoir office if I moved out of the area.
