My experience with Damien and the team at the Herford Road office was very good. Damien was extremely helpful with all aspects of the letting process especially as I lived outside of London. He was able to provide me with information on contractors to support me with preparing the property for let. Without the support provided, I know it would have been a much longer and difficult process for me. I know this was not specially tailored to me, as I believe that the other landlords receive the same excellent service and support I was given. Would like to thank Damien and the team for making a very difficult process for me, bearable....Not easy when trying to sort out/clear out my mum's Flat, who unfortunately now in a Care Home due to Dementia, so a very big thank you from myself and my family.
