Appalling and incompetent lettings department that do not communicate things to each other, double book appointments, lied to us and in most of their communication were rude. They aren't the brightest bunch of individuals and continually made mistakes. Lettings manager is the worst of the bunch and continually made excuses for her own inadequacies and half of the time didn't return calls constantly blaming her staff for not passing messages on etc. Never again!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Returned calls, not lie to cover their backs regards not attending appointments and behave in a professional and decent manner.
