We found the photos taken of our property very poor, had to get them taken for a second time and on many occasions re-clarify the details on council tax, service and ground rent. They didn\'t do many of the viewings and we had to push them as they were expecting us to help with mid week day time viewings. Their comms could be better, even our buyer raised with us his displeasure with them. They turned up for a viewing in the day without checking first and disturbed my girlfriend who had come off a night shift and thought it was a burglar. Took our property off right move prior to exchange without consent.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Supplied accurate information to potential buyers about the property running costs, that were supplied many times, take more care to detail on the photos of the property, taken more if the viewings and booked them properly.
