Awful experience from day 1. Receptionist had no idea what he was doing, kept undercharging me during payment of deposit. Any problems in the flat were dealt with after 3 or 4 phone calls and still took AGES. Regular visits, sometimes unannounced. Did not receive any deposit back due to a number of reasons which were completely untrue. e.g. broken bedroom lock, even though we had monthly lock checks where nothing was said. Could not produce move in video. However after months of dispute, I did have some charges taken off and got £40 back from deposit. TERRIBLE!!!!
