11 days after reporting a boiler breakdown still waiting for it to be repaired, it took 6 days before they sent an engineer to look at it, they don\'t seem to care that they have left 7 people without hot water, have asked for a rough idea of when it maybe fixed and got no answer, this is the third time we had had the exact same problem in 16 months and each time it has taken 8 days to sort the problem (except this time), the people from this company would make great politicians as they have an amazing gift for avoiding giving straight answers.
What agent could do to change your mind?
It would take a massive step up in service before I recommend this agent, answering questions when asked, keeping appointments made, actually making proper appointments instead of vague ones, or just doing their job in a professional manner.
