I was fortunate enough to get a place in West Bridgeford this academic year and I can confidently say this has been the best property i’ve stayed in over the time I’ve been a student. From the moment I gave interest in the property to leaving, Comfort have supported me every step of the way. Big shoutouts to my property managers; Andy and Lois for being responsive and helpful throughout my time even when I asked questions I should know the answers to! No problem was too big or too small and leaving the property is bittersweet! It’s sad to go but I’ve had the best time. As a final year student, I really wanted to be comfortable with where I’m staying and the house I had gave just that. Thank you so much Comfort and I wish the whole team the best for the future!

We have had a great experience with Jess and Laura in the office. Any issues regarding the tenancy renew and maintenance have been responded in time. Anyone we have contacted with in Comfort lettings has been very energetic and responsible, we appreciate all their efforts and time on our property.
