Tina has been very helpful in the whole process of me moving in and out of the property. If I could take her to my new home in Colchester I would. She has answers all the questions I throw at her, right down to the little ones I should know but don't. She will look after you. I hope we stay in contact one way or another after I move.

Thank you for your comment. Our Online Letting Agency really does save both the Landlord and Tenants £'s off High Street Agency Fees. We have had a great 1st year here at Aardvarks Property and are looking forward to many more :)

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
