Truly shocking. I thought Taylor and Wood were incompetent - and to be fair the manager of the Hyde branch is outwardly very professional - but the sheer number of occasions of poor conduct are now too numerous to count. Most recent: they set up a viewing for 'between 4.45 and 5' on Saturday. No-one turned up (not for the first time with Bridgfords) and my repeated calls to them from 4.50 onwards rang out. No message left on my phone, no notice that the viewing had been cancelled - so an entire day rearranged for no reason and my kids traipsing around in the snow so the house was empty for the propective buyer. Very, very annoyed yet again. This has been typical really - what can I do about it?
