We have been letting our flat through Jayson Rusell for several years. Originally we thought they were seemed much more professional,honest and pleasant to to deal with. However, recently we felt we have been really let down by them.They are very poor at communicatiing (not getting back to us or updating us) and giving misleading advice. After making a blunder they would not even offer an apology. They seem to have a couldn\'t care less attitude.
What agent could do to change your mind?
At the very least an apology for mistakes could have been offered to us.
