As a tenant I found them to be very decieving. They are very good at creating a false image, and neglecting properties and providing a very bad service to tenants indeed. We had so many problems as did our neighbours - all of which they managed. They never called back to fix problems, they did not provide water for 3 weeks. They kept the deposit making up excuses. It was not even registered properly. They are very rude when you ask them to fix something or see to a problem.
They use the typical excuse of only a certain person can deal with an issue, and then\'that person is out at lunch\'.
You forward emails to them showing things have been reported, but they do not respond. We let a number of professional properties in London. London is known for its bad lettings agents. So we thought that when we came here , Melton being such a small place, we would get a nice friendly service . Unfortunately this was not the case. They become very hostile. I think it is a sign if the times . Unfortunately agents such as these are not regulated as they should be. The schemes they subscribe to are not worth the logo they display. We would just warn anyone to walk straight past their window - or even over the road. There are some excellent lettings agents across the road from them. Very disappointed to have experienced these people. Graham, Charlotte, Katie, only interest , like many is to the landlord, not the tenants. They only have the landlords interests at heart. Then once youve signed with them, you are stuck with them aren\'t you. We gave notice at the earliest opportunity.

They are DEFINITELY writing their own reviews here and elsewhere!!

They are disgusting crooks, simple as!!

Dreadful service all round, which is surprising because they come across as being very professional at first, but it seems that's how they draw you in. Once they've got your money they don't give a hoot and will try to invent 'problems' so they can keep your deposit.

Anyone can also check how the police closed two of their branches, in Hull and York, due to CRIMINAL activity!

They're a franchise so that doesn't mean they're all the same but the fundamental problem they have is a basic lack of ethics at the root and branch level!

Very shameful of them

Also see that on all the good reviews, they are coming from landlords (who pay them), not tenants - who they are meant to provide service too. Tenants please please keep reporting your terrible experiences of Belvoir and Belvoir 27 burton road melton.Out them ! Name and shame them for what they put tenants through!
