the service we have recieved from this branch has been terrible from start to finish. we used them to let our flat and buy our new home. when we went to view the house we wanted to buy, they had not told the previous occupants that we were coming so they were unprepared. this should have been our first clue.
in regards to letting our flat, we were told lies from the beginning leaving us out of pocket when the boiler needed repairing and my husband, who is registered, fixed it himself, however as he was not registered with \'slater hogg\' we were unable to claim any money back from the money they keep for such repairs. our tennants were also very unhappy with way they were dealt with by slater hogg and we were constantly having to intervine on their behalf.
we decided to leave slater hogg in september due to extreamly poor service and 6 months on we are still waiting for our tennants £500 deposit to be refunded. we have called several times only to be told that they have sent an email to the relevant people and there is a back log.
this company is terrible and i would not recomend them to anyone! the staff do not care and i will never use them again!
