Thankyou so much for the feedback you recently posted,we are delighted that you would not only use the services of castles again but would also recommend us,that is what we always aim for and we are very proud of the levels of recommendations and repeat business that we receive!
It is dissapointing to see that you didn't always feel that we returned your calls on the correct numbers or as quickly as you would have liked sometimes,however it is are policy to return calls within 24 hours at the very latest and we do try and get back to clients sooner if possible.
Once again i thankyou for all your comments as customer feedback is something we place a high value on ,as we constantly look to improve our service levels and your comments have been taken on board and used in a positive way during a recent team training session.
