Harrison Murray have no idea of the concept of service let alone the ability to deliver it.
They say they fully checked the tenant but he turned out to be self employed and only paid the rent on time ONCE in six months. They allowed him to pay by debit/credit card and the funds were never received via a standing order from a bank as per the agreement. HM failed to call back when they promised, supplied paper work late and generally had a "you\'re a landlord, you can afford it" attitude. Mulitple staff, failing to communicate, allowing a non paying tenant to be 10 days past due date before chasing the payment....
If you had a rating lower than terrible I would have chosen it!
