Nyita and Apple Estates has managed my property for a number of years( from 2008) now and has attended to all the needs of the tenant without placing any burden on myself. This is a key feature of managing property. i have never received any complaints from any of the tenants who have occupied the flat under the terms of the letting agreement. The flat is kept in good working order and this is a testament to the management by Nyita and her team. I am fully satisfied withthe level and nature of service that has been provided to me and to the tenants that occupy the flat. I have no hestitation in recommending Nyita and Apple Estates to other landlords and tenants Well done Apple Estates
