As a first-year student, it was daunting to find a reliable Estate Agent and the right property for our first-year student home. Comfort Lettings removed the stress of finding the right student home and explained the application and deposit process perfectly in a way we understood making the process simple, quick, and easy. Comfort Lettings Customer service has been excellent from booking our viewing to confirming our tenancy despite having a person drop out of our house and us having to find a replacement they were reactive and accommodating for us through that process. Could not recommend more for students.

We have had a great experience with Jess and Laura in the office. Any issues regarding the tenancy renew and maintenance have been responded in time. Anyone we have contacted with in Comfort lettings has been very energetic and responsible, we appreciate all their efforts and time on our property.
