Never used them before and now never will use an agent in the future that uses DPS. Despite overwhelming evidence, independently assessed, of damage to property by tenant\'s dog and cat (keeping pets in breach of tenancy) DPS deemed this fair wear & tear and gave NIL allowance to landlord for this. Similarly other damage/losses which resulted in landlord being awarded less in respect of damage/losses than the tenant had already conceded !!!
I also thought their process and website almost designed to confuse.
