I have been in the service industry for around 18 years & now have my own business, I would never dream of treating one of my customers the way Solitaire have treated myself & my husband over the last 5 or more years. The phone manner & attitude that is put across when you do get throught to them, after 10 mins of holding, is very rude. I find that most of the staff I have spoken to in the past are rude, unhelpful & if you do have a problem, you are passed around from person to person, I once spoke to 8 different people in one call. I would never advice anyone to go via Solitaire.
Totally un-polite, un-friendly.
