I paid for the references and all went successful. After that I was put through to someone called Katrina Fernandes who doesn\'t have any customer service skills and doesn\'t have an idea what she is talking about. She thinks every customer is a stupid man and doesn\'t have a clue what he/she is saying.
The enquiry was about the Inventory charge and she was absolutely non-sense, asking for £132 for something which wasn\'t there at all.
5 minutes down, her boss i.e MD of Imagine Group sent an email accusing me of puttign some allegations on his employee.....I think this company is full of mad people who haven\'t got any customer service skills at all.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Should ahve taken things positively and should have mentioned everything clearly. Half of the staff doesn\'t have a clue what they are saying.
