Although it has been a difficult property market, Helmores managed to sell our property after 7 months and a drop in price. We felt that they weren't proactive enough at the beginning, getting feedback from viewings often had to be chased up -but after some discussions this improved. When a buyer was found the service from Helmores was excellent, in terms of dealing with queries etc. Overall, I feel that they were the most suitable agents for my property.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
