Worst estate agent I have ever had to deal with. They have no respect for us as students living in one of their properties, they disregard things we say about issues with the property. The property was in a terrible state upon moving in (it had not been cleaned) greeted us with many leaking showers, carpets fraying and not stuck down, windows which wont stay open, tv aerial sockets that don't work (they deny we even have tv sockets in our rooms, we definitely do), no bins, leaking roofs, this is not even all the problems. When asking why it hadn't been cleaned and inspected before moving in the only response we got was "it's in a letable state", it definitely wasn't, the place was absolutely disgusting. I know other people unfortunate enough to be with the company, and its fair to say their houses are pretty disgusting as well and they tell me the service they receive is terrible as well. Seriously, avoid this company at all costs, all they want is your money in return for bad properties with terrible landlords.
