We had a very unusual (and stressful) experience when it came to light that the landlord had a repossession order on the house we were renting. The first we heard were solicitors letters and a bailiff knocking on the door. Paul Broomham (and Emily Taylor) although as shocked as we were but did everything in their power to help us get through the situation. Hats off to Paul who (with a very busy family life) promised updates at any time day or night and actually delivered. We have ended up buying the property so all\'s well that ends well.....(this is a very rare occurance though).
I definately recommend their helpfulness, empathy, attitude and professionalism. Thanks Paul.
