Arranged 2 visits easily and the person on the phone was pleasant enough. As soon as I asked for a 3rd visit (we were really interested just want in making an offer) . The request for 3rd visit was almost met with anger by the agent (call centre employee) on the phone and had to really force him to get a 3rd visit. This really put us off looking at the flat again. We did see it again and we put an offer in the next day. This is where I completely disagree with how properties are advertised on their website (offer in excess of) we put several offers in all got refused. The last offer was well over what was advertised, but we were told that the vender wanted 10,000 more than was advertised. Why wasn't the website adjusted to fit into what the vender wanted. It makes no sense¢â‚¬Â¦ Buying your first house or any house is stressful and emotional enough but this agency make things a whole lot worse. They have now changed to offers over what the vender wants. This should of happened anyway. Stay away from this agency if you are a buyer they are unhelpful and the way they advertise properties completely plays with people's emotions and feeling. I will avoid the agency as much as possible.

Been open and honest with the price the vender wanted rather than wasting people time.
