As a landlord, I have used Fineholm for three years and found them to be friendly, efficient and intelligent in dealing with my property and tenants. In this case, the tenant reported problems with the heating and water. As a landlord, it is paramount to me that my tenants enjoy and are happy in the property. Most of all that they are comfortable in a perfectly functioning home. The property is therefore covered with a British Gas service agreement to ensure that any heating or water problems are dealt with immediately or as soon as is possible. These agreements are very expensive but highly important, so that a tenant knows their comfort is important to the landlord. As a landlord or letting agent, you cannot be fairer or more helpful than that. In modern life, employers are fully aware that if people have domestic repairs that it is reasonable for them to wait for a serviceman for an hour or so on rare occasions. Just as a good and decent landlord or letting agent knows, good employers would not want anyone to be without hot water or heat. Especially in winter - in Scotland!
