Where do I begin! I could wax lyrical about the Bacon team until my pen ran out of ink or my wrist seized up from typing. They are the benchmark in estate agency. It simply does not get any better than this. I have used them for advice and guidance for years, in various ways. I am a financial adviser and play close attention to the market, but Scott's insight is priceless. He sees things with spatial awareness that is nothing short of a gift. On finding a property (advertised with another agent) in 2020 he guided me through local prices, market forces and comparable options, and with nothing to gain, other than to offer service excellence and strengthening a local relationship. He assisted me in the offer process, and because of this I secured a fine deal. On recently selling, he has been consultative, professional, calm, honest, and informative. He has been so generous with his time and attention I simply cannot understand how he manages to meet his obligations with such a graceful exterior. He and the team have found me a perfect buyer, let me make my own informed decisions but within the protection of consistently balanced guidance. They have always had my best interests at heart, this I know for sure. Natalie and Grant cannot do enough for you and in support of Scott and the whole team has a positive, energetic, and enthusiastic love for their work. You will feel like their only client. Most of all, I work with several agents within my own job, and these guys are absent of any arrogance, brash or spikey exterior, they are open and gracious, and you always feel in control but protected from threats and maximised toward opportunity. I owe them my loyalty and they will always secure my business in every future purchase and sale. Thank you, Bacon & Co, truly incredible service.
