This company seem to have a problem with communication, they have not responded to phone calls, email or written letters. Very unhappy at the treatment of prospective customers. I would suggest anyone letting from this company to read carefully any contracts before signing and ask that everything be made totally clear to you. One member of staff tells you one thing and then once you have handed over money it all changes. Luckily I ended up not having to rent thanks to a good relative but I would rather sleep on the street that ever rent from 1 - 2 Let.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Answered calls and letters, been a bit more helpful and understanding.
