Attempted to sell in Q2 2007. Although service was initially encouraging, HQ appeared to have greater interest in acting on behalf of BTL 'investor' and failure to disclose both subprime lending status of 'investor' and desire to proceed on a 'gift deposit' basis caused collapse at point of exchange. Maybe ok to use if your a BTL landlord but not if your selling your primary residence and have a greater emotional stake in transaction.
