Where to start, problem 1) moving in day (a Saturday) turned up to be told that we still had several hundred pounds to pay, when we said we had paid everything we were told they had forgotten to give us this particular form!
Problem 2) we were renting an unfurnished property after being promised carpet were to be replaced and a fridge freezer would be provided turned up to find they were not there! However even though the flat was meant to be cleared the previous tenants junk was still in the flat broken sofas wardrobes ect, and the flat was in a filthy state, coffee sprayed up the walls toilets not cleaned, impressions of naked bodies against the wall where they had spray tanned against it, just vile!

Complained to Goadsbys, took them two weeks to attempt to clean flat, replace missing items (put a massive hole in the wall bringing the fridge in), during this time we had to put all are stuff in to storage. After the two weeks flat was still a mess so we decided instead of waiting we would give up and clean our selves.

Goadsbys very kindly (haha) said they would not charge us for the time we could not live there and changed the dates on our standing order, no big deal you would think but no every month we would get a letter saying our rent was two weeks late, even though we called, wrote and visited them to tell them that they had changed the date.

Finally when we moved out they charged us our total deposit in cleaning charges, when we wrote to the ombudsmen to state our case we were charged
