Very unimpressed. We were first time buyers who had had some poor experiences prior to trying to buy a house with White and Russell. Back in June 2012 we had our offer accepted on a property with this agency but following a lack of help and communication in January of 2013 my partner and i had to pull out of the purchase. Every time we went to the agents for information on what was happening with the chain we were in we got fobbed of or in one instance told that they would easily resell the property so we were nothing special to them. We have since bought a property through an agent that has been very helpful, great on contact and treated us like proper customers. This agency need to learn a thing or too about customer service especially if they want to earn their commission!
