I changed my banking and as a result my old direct debit was cancelled without the new one being set up. I contacted Dani and she was extremely helpful and understanding about it. I very quickly got a form to set up new direct debit and was told that if the old direct debit fails, I could just pay over the phone or by bank transfer, which is what I did. I was assured that nothing would happen if the payment went out late, which made me feel at ease give my work was quite stressful. Dealing with Paramount so far has been a great experience! All their staffs deserve huge bonuses!!
