During the letting viewing and agreement the agent was friendly, open and accepting of the conditions we had. The agent fees were (in my view compared with previous letting experience) on the high side and some mistakes were made in drawing up the contract (remember to check negotiated clauses and length of contract), but they were quick to resolve issues and re-issue correct contracts.
Maintenance issues are taken care of in the head office and not the local branch, and this can be a mixed experience where sometimes service is excellent and other times no one has any idea about what is going on, and you talk to 4 or 5 different people. Once someone has a grasp of the issue, the experience improves.
That is not to say the experience is ever a negative - I have had problems with either the local branch or the head office, and everyone is friendly and accepting. I would recommend.
