Being with Comfort Lettings this past academic year has been a truly wonderful and pleasant experience. Aneiq and I lived in a house managed by Comfort Lettings in our third year of university. We also lived together in our second year and were really struggling to find a place to live for our third year. This is when Comfort Lettings stepped in and made the whole house-picking and moving-in process very easy for the both of us! Their emails always contain very detailed but easily digestible information regarding various aspects to do with the property, including what and how to clean.
We've always had lovely interactions with the staff members we've spoken to. Our property manager, Jess Cook, has been the best property manager we've ever had! She is so helpful over the phone and responds very quickly to our email queries. It was refreshing to finally get a kind and enthusiastic property manager who you can tell really loves her work and what she does everyday.
Aneiq and I have been extremely blessed to have had Comfort Lettings come into our lives and met Jess Cook!

We have had a great experience with Jess and Laura in the office. Any issues regarding the tenancy renew and maintenance have been responded in time. Anyone we have contacted with in Comfort lettings has been very energetic and responsible, we appreciate all their efforts and time on our property.
