we visited the property and agent said it will be cleaned before we move in. We made offer and it was accepted by landlady. We scheduled 2 times to sign the contract on saturday and Matylda did not turn up and after trying to call her one of the other agents will inform me the office is closed! 3rd time round we finally made it to the office and amother agent who knew nothing about the property was there for us to sign contract. Then came day of inventory check and we were checking the property and inventory but after not even 30mins Matylda urge us to sign inventory without checking details. She shouted at us saying we are wasting her time and she has other appointments and she left.Then on move in day the next day of inventory we found out that the property was so dirty hair in bath and hand washing bassin, dirty shower curtain, dirty kitchen basssin and the fridge has Mould and oil residue from food. The flat was not at a good hygienic standard and matylda did not allow us on inventory day to check these details. We were trapped. they have an unacceptable service and im still to make a formal complaint to authorities. DO NOT GO WITH KINGS ACCOMMODATION.THEY HAVE A VERY POOR SERVICE AND ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY DO NOT CARE ANYMORE!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Agent should not lie! customer is king so service them instead of saying your time is precious. Follow a anger managrment cozrse as it is clear matylda has problems dealing with customers.
