The service Castles provided cannot be faulted. Lauren May assisted us in finding and securing our current rental property. She was great at keeping me updated with new properties and when we secured the flat, she continued to let us know the progress of the references. When Lauren was out the office , Suzannah & Emily also kept me informed . we only dealt with members from the Hanwell office who we can\'t thank enough!!! I think the reason the service Castle provided was so great was because they work together, not against each other. Top notch!
