We were extremely dissapointed with the service we recieved. We were kept in the dark through the entire process as soon as we gave our holding deposit after we were denied for not having a credit rating (new to the country) our deposit was continually promised to us and was not returned for 2 weeks. We had to keep calling and in the end only recieved our money and an apology after we spoke to a manager. It was very uncomfortable dealing with the whole thing.

The holding deposit was held by the Landlord and not Salter Rex. The Landlord was taking up the references and was slow in responding to us. The applicant was always assured that the money would be returned but we were relying on the Landlord's response. We were phoning the Landlord on a daily basis in order to return the deposit.
