I have recently sold a property through Townends in Englefield Green. When I first contacted Oliver (Sales Manager) I was very impressed with his professional and enthusiastic manner and his excellent advice regarding pricing and marketing the property. Oliver and his team (Ryan in particular) worked extremely hard and arranged a significant number of viewings with prospective buyers. They followed up all viewings proactively and kept me updated on a regular basis. A buyer was found within about 6 weeks and the sale completed about 8 weeks later. Oliver and his team did a first rate job and I would thoroughly recommend Oliver and Townends to any other sellers.
