Our experience with Frank Innes started well, when they wanted our custom but as soon as we came to move into the flat, noone wanted to know. The flat had been described to us as a 2 bedroom flat which was fully furnished, however when we moved in there was one bedroom with a brand new bed, which we had requested upon viewing as a child had previously occupied the second room. We also moved in to a huge pasting table taking up the space in the second \'bedroom\' which we had to find storage for throughout our tenancy! In the first bedroom, the \'bed\' was little more than a warehouse pallette with a disgusting, ripped mattress and screws sticking out. It took 10 weeks and several phone calls a week to get frank innes to even contact the landlady about a new bed! Our bedroom windows had broken catches, which took them 3 months to repair. We had problems with the boilers aand extractor fan which also took 2-3 months for them to do anything about, they still hadnt fixed the extractor fan by the time we moved out. Once they get your commision they clearly have no interest in actually maintaining the property, however they are quite happy to then try to overcharge you out of our deposit to fix general maintenence issues, including damp caused by the lack of ventilation when they fail to repair windows or extractors! I wish i had seen this site before i moved into a Frank Innes property and i am pleased to see that the landlady has seen sense and changed her estate agents since we moved out.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Coninued customer service after the commission had been colected!
